Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 16 May 2026

Webply is an accessibility scanning product, so our own website has to meet the standard we ask customers to meet. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA conformance across the public marketing site, product onboarding, and authenticated application.

Current status

This website is designed and tested against WCAG 2.1 AA and the European Accessibility Act digital service expectations. We use automated checks, Lighthouse, axe-core scans, keyboard testing, and manual review of key flows.

We treat critical and serious automated accessibility findings on Webply as release blockers for public pages.

What we check

  • Keyboard access for navigation, forms, modals, and menus.
  • Programmatic labels, names, roles, and relationships.
  • Color contrast for text, links, controls, and status messages.
  • Image alternatives and decorative image handling.
  • Heading structure, landmarks, page titles, and language metadata.
  • Focus visibility and predictable interaction behavior.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any critical or serious accessibility barriers on the public website at the time of this statement. If you find one, we want to know quickly and fix it.

Feedback and contact

If you experience an accessibility problem on Webply, use the request access form and include the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier you hit.

We review accessibility feedback as a product issue and aim to respond within 5 business days.

This statement is based on Webply self-assessment using automated testing and manual review. It will be updated after material website changes or at least annually.
