These terms govern your use of Webply, operated by Ravid Efroni, Vienna, Austria. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What Webply is
Webply is an automated accessibility scanning tool. It identifies potential WCAG 2.1 AA issues on web pages using automated testing rules. It does not perform manual audits and does not constitute legal advice.
No compliance guarantee
Automated scanning identifies a subset of accessibility issues — not all issues can be detected by automated tools. A passing Webply scan does not guarantee legal compliance with the EU Accessibility Act, WCAG 2.1 AA, or any other standard. Final responsibility for legal compliance rests with you, the website owner. We strongly recommend combining Webply results with manual testing and, where required, consultation with an accessibility specialist.
Acceptable use
You may only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to test.
You may not use Webply to scan websites for the purpose of identifying vulnerabilities to exploit, building competitor intelligence, or any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a billing error occurred.
Prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes where required.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or present a risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused periods.
Limitation of liability
Webply is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, any inaccuracies in scan results, or any regulatory action taken against you in connection with accessibility compliance. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
