Webply is operated by Ravid Efroni, Vienna, Austria. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
Account data: your name and email address when you register.
Scan data: URLs you submit for scanning and the accessibility results we generate for them.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps — used to operate and improve the service.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it
To provide the accessibility scanning service you signed up for.
To send transactional emails (scan results, account updates).
To process subscription payments via Stripe.
To improve the product based on how it’s used.
Where data is stored
Database: Neon (PostgreSQL), EU region (Frankfurt, AWS eu-central-1).
Application hosting: Vercel (Frankfurt edge region where possible). Vercel is GDPR-compliant under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Email: Resend (EU infrastructure). Used for transactional emails only.
Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant, EU data processing agreement in place).
AI analysis: OpenAI. Scan content may be sent to OpenAI to generate fix suggestions. OpenAI does not use API data to train models by default.
We do not
Sell your data to any third party.
Use your scan data for any purpose other than providing you the service.
Send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account from the account settings page. For any other data requests, use the form at webply.io/request-access and describe your request. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and scan results are deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained longer.
Changes to this policy
We will notify registered users by email if we make material changes to this policy. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
