The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) has been in force since 28 June 2025. Lithuania has transposed it into national law with the fine and enforcement structure summarised below.

State Consumer Rights Protection Service (VVTAT) — general consumer services; Lithuanian Road Transport Safety Administration — transport; Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) — telecoms; Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania — media. Each authority enforces within its sector.
